Subject: Unauthorized and fraudulent use of Dhanwantari Foundation International name, emblem, and trust identity for personal and commercial exploitation.<\/span><\/p>

It has come to the notice of the Victims\u2019 Rights Protection Trust and the DFI Victims Forum that you, Dr. Kamalakar Sharma, have illegally misused the name, logo, and legacy of the original charitable trust \u2014 \u201cDhanwantari Foundation International\u201d \u2014 by continuing to operate under its identity, despite the fact that the original trustees are no longer associated with you.<\/span><\/p>

The attached receipt dated 26-08-2008, bearing Receipt No. 26409, clearly shows that the DFI name and logo were originally used only for bona fide membership and charitable activities in the medical and social welfare field. However, you have unlawfully extended this trust identity into commercial real estate ventures and other profit-oriented activities, misrepresenting yourself as a continuing trustee and thereby deceiving the general public and members of the Brahmin community.<\/span><\/p>

Furthermore, the Judgment of the Hon\u2019ble Sessions Court, Hyderabad (Crl. M.P. No. 127\/2024 in Crime No. 358\/2023, dated 29-08-2025), under the Telangana Protection of Depositors of Financial Establishments Act, 1999, has made absolute the Government of Telangana\u2019s attachment orders (G.O. Rt. No. 474, Home (Passports) Dept., dated 20-06-2024) against properties acquired through DFI and its associated companies. The Court has observed that you and your co-accused collected funds exceeding \u20b9220 crores from around 1,700 victims, promising plots and interest returns, but failed to honor those commitments.<\/span><\/p>

This judicial finding squarely establishes that you operated DFI and its associate entities as financial establishments for personal enrichment, and not as charitable or medical institutions, thereby violating both criminal and fiduciary trust obligations.<\/span><\/p>

Your use of the DFI logo and documents for \u201clife membership\u201d after diverting its original objectives into unauthorized real estate and investment schemes constitutes fraud, criminal misrepresentation, and breach of trust under applicable provisions of IPC Sections 406, 420 read with 34, and Section 5 of the TSPDFE Act, 1999.<\/span><\/p>

Your conduct is not merely unethical but deeply dishonorable to the Brahmin community, to the ideals of service the Dhanwantari name represents, and to every innocent devotee or member who once believed in your trust.<\/span><\/p>

Final Word<\/span><\/p>

Your former associates \u2014 Ex-Trustee Dr. Venkata Ratnam and Ex-Trustee B.N. Ravikumar \u2014 have already lodged formal written complaints with the DFI Victims Forum, denouncing your fraudulent activities and confirming that you and your wife, Mrs. Jayasree, have completely lost moral and professional credibility.<\/span><\/p>

It is shameful that persons of your standing, holding the title of \u201cDoctor,\u201d have stooped to such deceitful actions. Your degrees, positions, and so-called \u201cspiritual image\u201d cannot wash away your fraudulent past. The truth stands \u2014 you and your wife are unfit to hold any position of trust, authority, or moral leadership.<\/span><\/p>

    This agreement proves that your company was openly selling plots at Tirupati and collecting money from investors for the same.<\/span><\/li>
  2. Advance receipt dated 08-09-2020 (Rs. 1,90,000)<\/strong> between Dharani Shelters Private Limited<\/strong> (your associate company) and an individual investor for plots in \u201cDhanwantari Sri Kanaka Maha Lakshmi Agraharam.\u201d<\/em><\/span>
    That document specifically mentions refund and compensation @ 13.5% p.a. if plots were not delivered within 123 days.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>
