✅ Please book your tables based on your business requirements.
➤ No additional tables will be arranged on the event day.
➤ Think carefully and choose the right number of tables suitable for your product or service display.
➤ Each table is priced at ₹600
➤ Maximum of 5 tables per stall holder
➤ Each stall (regardless of table count) will be allotted only 2 chairs

• Bookings are final and non-refundable – no cancellations allowed after confirmation.
• We are not responsible for your sales volume – the event offers visibility and exposure, not sales guarantees.
• If you are someone prone to arguments or confrontation, we kindly request you not to participate.
• No one is authorized to command or interfere with the organizing process.
• Stall placement will be randomly allocated – requests for specific positions may not be entertained.
